Uniquely Yours
Each item in our collection is individually hand-painted, making every bag and accessory a one-of-a-kind creation. Because of this, slight variations from the photos may occur, giving your item its own unique charm. Additionally, keep in mind that colours can look different on different screens, so the actual product may differ slightly from what you see.
Stock and Delivery Times
In Stock: If your chosen item is in stock, we’ll ship it within 2-3 working days.
Made to Order: If your item isn’t in stock, please allow 3-4 days for me to complete your unique piece, plus an additional 48 hours for Royal Mail delivery.
Postage & Packaging
The price listed for each item is final, but please note that postage fees are not included. I’ll send your order via Royal Mail, and the rates are as follows:
Class B Tracked 48
– Large Letter (up to 750g): £2.70
– Small Parcel (up to 2kg): £3.39
I’ll confirm the postage cost based on your order size when you place your request.
